Editorial policy
Vibrant Concert Review aims to make considered, readable writing about live music. We work to be accurate about facts, clear about interpretation and open about material created in partnership.
Accuracy and context
We check factual details against suitable available sources and give enough context for readers to understand the subject. We avoid presenting opinion as fact, and we revise wording when it could leave a misleading impression. Our pieces are intended as cultural commentary and listening guidance, not professional advice.
Independence
Editorial decisions are made for reader interest and relevance. A potential partner does not receive a promise of favourable coverage, control over independent editorial decisions or the right to approve an article before publication.
Corrections
If a reader spots a factual error, they can contact us through the Contact page with the article title and the detail in question. We review correction requests and update material where warranted, making meaningful corrections clear to readers.
Partner material and illustrations
Paid or otherwise agreed partner material is labelled so readers can distinguish it from independent editorial work. Partner placements are also identified as such. Some illustrations may be generated with AI; where applicable, that use is disclosed alongside the illustration.
Listen for the choices, not just the highlights
A live performance unfolds in real time. We look at the details that make each one distinct, without insisting there is only one right way to listen.
